This program was developed to allow bilingual or multilingual computer users quick and easy access to the accented characters, letters or symbols that are unique to each of the languages shown but not displayed on English keyboards. Foreign Characters includes custom views that display the accented characters of all the languages shown. 

With this program a bilingual person will easily be able to correspond in a foreign language with the correct language characters. These characters are referred to by linguists as diacritics. This software solution performs without having to change any Windows ® settings or use additional hardware or keyboards. 

Quickly and easily generate and insert text letters and symbols from the alphabets in these foreign languages in any Windows® based program. Each language view displays the characters for that language that are unique to it and are not shown on your English keyboard. Just click the character you need and it will be inserted where your cursor was in your document. That's all there is to it !

This program will function in any Windows® document or program where letters are allowed including but not limited to e-mail, chat rooms, word processing programs databases and spreadsheets. This program will operate on any computer that is running on Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME,  Windows NT or XP

Includes the Euro sign € and the ability to build and store up to 12 phrases in all 14 languages that may be inserted as easily as any single character. Diacritics used in the program are shown below:
