Upgrading Less-Mess Software

Customers who have purchased our software may always upgrade to the newest version of any program they have paid for at no cost.

If you have purchased a program of ours and a later version is available you may download and use the most current version at no cost. The Unlock code issued to you on your current version will unlock the new version, if you have misplaced the unlock code we will be happy provide you with it. just e-mail us at support@less-mess.com . The unlock code is based on your hard drive serial number, if you change computers or hard drive you will need a new unlock code. We will be happy to issue it to you as many times as you need it.

We have not charged a registered owner of our software to upgrade since we started in 1998. We want our customers to feel that they are buying our software once but always having access to whatever improvements we subsequently add to it. Improvements to our software are usually enhanced by our customers feedback and suggestions . . . we feel it is a good exchange and that it will instill confidence in our products that will encourage our customers to refer new customers to our software.

Notice 06/15/2003 The sale of individual language programs in the Foreign Characters series has been discontinued. The good news is that Foreign Characters the main program including all 14 languages will be sold for the same price of 19.95.Any registered owner of an individual program may upgrade @ no cost. It will be necessary to e-mail us the new serial number so we can unlock it for you . . . again no cost.
