All Program download files are a Winzip EXE file with a self extractor. The download will contain 2 files. One file will be a "Read Me" file that will be exactly like or similar to this file and the other will be a Setup.EXE file that will provide for install and uninstall of the selected software on your computer. The Setup.EXE file may be copied and given to anyone.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Your computer must be plugged in and using Windows® 95, 98, 2000, Me, XP or NT operating systems or later Operating system and should have at least 16 MB Ram.

FREE TRIAL After installation you have 30 days to use and evaluate the software. All of the software is full featured and is not crippled or limited in any manner. When you use the software during the free trial time period a trial screen will appear that tells you the status of the trial and offers you the option of continuing to use and evaluate the software up to the 30th day or paying for it and registering it. After the 30th day the trial screen will no longer allow usage of the software. If you like it buy it . . . if you do not want it then uninstall it which chucks it in the recycle bin and go ahead and stagger through life without it.

PURCHASING THE SOFTWARE You can purchase our software on the Internet. The trial Screen that appears every time you use the software during the trial period displays the software serial number and has a button that will tell your browser exactly where to go to pay for the software. You will be taken to a web page where you will click on a PayPal button and and you will be taken to a SECURE web site to pay whatever charges there are. PayPal has many ways for you to make payment.

UNLOCKING THE SOFTWARE After payment is made on the Internet you will be taken to a web page where you will enter the software serial number and your unlock code will be generated. This code is good for only the software you purchased and only on the same computer that displayed the software serial number that you used to generate the unlock code.

LICENSE TERMS When you purchase our software it is a license for 1 machine, however if you personally own 2 computers and need it on both just install it on the 2nd machine with the Setup.EXE and e-mail us the software name and the serial number of the second installation and your original purchase info and we will reply with the unlock code for the second installation.

IF THE UNLOCK CODE FAILS AFTER SYSTEM REBUILD Just e-mail us the software name and serial number displayed on the Trial screen and your original purchase info and we will reply with the unlock code.

IF YOU UPGRADE TO A NEW COMPUTER Just reinstall with the Setup.EXE and e-mail us the software name and serial number displayed on the Trial screen and your original purchase information and we will reply with the unlock code.

UNINSTALL If you decide you do not want this software just go to your Control Panel and choose the Add/Remove Programs and select the program to completely remove it.

KEEP COPIES OF Any unlock code and the original SETUP.EXE file you downloaded that installed the program. Good computer habits dictate that you place a Copy on another hard drive, network drive or an other external drive such as a zip drive.
